First Attempt at Tulips

This is my first attempt at growing tulips. I was pleasantly surprised that they came up. I just didn't know if we had the right type of soil/location to make it happen. I bought the bulbs and planted them in the late fall. My friend Angie gave me some crocus bulbs from her yard and I have yet to see them pop up. She told me to be patient. I hope that's all it is. Anyway, enjoy the greens, pale pinks (rhododendrons), reds (tulips and camelias) and purples (azaelas and I can't think of the name of the other flower). There's also poppy's (orange) but they're in between blooming...

My kind neighbor made the street number sign for us a couple of months ago. He even cut out the numbers by hand.
