The local pool here sponsored a safety awareness training/swim. The first 45 minutes was for teaching lifesaving skills/strategies. The last 45 minutes was a free swim. The kids had a great time, although Sascha probably would have enjoyed the free swim for the full 1 1/2 hours, rather than the training part. Sarah got to invite her friend along. There was even a raffle. Both Sarah's friend and Sascha won a prize. Apollo and I patiently waited until they were done with their swimming.
